I use a blend of approaches tailored to your unique needs, including EMDR for trauma, Somatic Exploration for emotion and body awareness, and Gottman and EFT techniques for relationship work. We’ll also explore how social justice and intersectionality impact your experiences, with humor added when appropriate to lighten the process.
